Yes, white distilled vinegar is great for household cleaning purposes. The other vinegars you listed can be used for moderate food purposes like being added to one’s own natural salad dressing.

Djehuty: Would you say that distilled white vinegar is okay to use for purposes of cleaning (floors, deodorizing, laundry, etc.)? And what about other vinegars (balsamic, apple cider, red wine…); are they safe for consumption?

    Thanks for all you do.

This is true when the temps are high, but vegans mostly do light cooking. Too many people are scared to cook with coconut oil because of all the propaganda. Olive oil is best to cook with because of its unique taste. It really brings out a salad too. Olive, coconut, sesame, grape seed, safflower, macadamia oils are all good for LIGHT cooking!

Extra Virgin Olive Oils becomes a carcinogen and is cancerous when heated. Coconut Oil is the best oil to cook with because it doesnt oxidize when heated it stays stable.

ERRATUM: I’ll drink starchy rice milk ANY day before I drink some goddamn animal (goat) milk! But let it be known that Djehuty Ma’at-Ra drinks absolutely NO milk at all: animal or plant-based! I’m too smart and know that humans outgrow milk when their full set of teeth come in.

I don’t want to put my brother on blast or spotlight like that. Sebi is human and has frailties. He does not live or go by 100% of what he espouses and I will leave it at that. This competition thing is quite sickening to say the least, but it’s not Sebi’s fault but his disciples’ and followers.

  • AlmightyCruz March 20, 2010 at 5:26 pm

    So what does Sebi eat????

  • Djehuty9 March 20, 2010 at 5:44 pm

Check out Sebi for what? You don’t know what Sebi eats! I do!

Thank you, Beloved! Doing the Toxic Inspector comes natural. Our intent is not to be funny though it comes off very funny. The goal was and is to educate, so the result is edu-tainment (educating while entertaining). We are pleased though that we can provide folks laughter while dropping beneficial health information.
